Immunisation and Vaccination Programs

At Stellar Health we understand that knowing your immunisation history and feeling confident about immunisation can be confusing.
The Nurses at Stellar Health have been immunising for decades and are here to help people of all ages better understand and feel good about being up to date with the immunisations that will protect them against vaccine preventable diseases.
It is a well-known fact that 10-20% of your staff will catch influenza each year, resulting in 3-4 lost working days, on average. This can be a considerable cost to your business:
Studies have shown that workplaces that implement a flu vaccination program decrease the amount of sick leave taken over the peak period of influenza infection by 74%.
Immunising your employees against Influenza can have a dramatic impact on your organisation, by reducing absenteeism and improving staff morale and productivity. Whether your organisation is small or large, we can develop a vaccination program for your business. This can be achieved either through a member of our team attending your workplace, or your employees visiting our clinic at their convenience. In addition to seasonal influenza vaccine, we can vaccinate staff with common workplace immunisations, such as Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus and Whooping Cough.
Stellar Health Solutions offers local community members the opportunity to purchase private seasonal Influenza Vaccines each year. Our booking process is simple and we offer afterhours and drive-through clinics. The influenza vaccine is available to purchase for people aged 6 months to 65 years. People aged 65 years and over are eligible for a government funded influenza vaccine that is specifically formulated to protect this demographic, this is provided at a GP or Chemist.
Stellar Health Solutions is also accredited in testing and vaccinating against Q-FEVER. You can find us listed on the Australian Q Fever Register by clicking here.
