Stellar Health Solutions is proud to deliver the Community Vaccination Program, funded by the Country SA PHN (CSAPHN). This program was established to improve vaccination access for vulnerable population groups in Port Augusta, where barriers such as cost, transport, and limited availability have contributed to lower immunisation rates.
The program focuses on making vaccinations accessible, offering flexible options such as community-based clinics, mobile services, and outreach that meet people where they are.
