We coordinate accredited Drug and Alcohol Testers to visit your workplace and conduct random urine, saliva, and breath alcohol testing. Employee selection is randomized to ensure a fair and unbiased approach. Our process is efficient, non-intrusive, and helps maintain workplace safety and compliance.

On-Call Incident and Suspicion Testing

We offer on-call drug and alcohol testing services for employers needing immediate testing after an incident, accident, or suspicion of impairment. This service ensures businesses can respond swiftly to workplace safety concerns.

In-Clinic Drug and Alcohol Testing

Employers can book a drug and alcohol test at our clinic or include it as part of a pre-employment medical assessment. Our trained professionals ensure a seamless testing experience with accurate and timely reporting.

Fitness for Work Determination

If an employee returns a non-negative drug or positive breath alcohol result, our affiliated doctors can assess their fitness for work and determine any necessary restrictions to maintain workplace safety.

Non-Negative Test Results & Laboratory Confirmation

A non-negative drug test result requires laboratory confirmation to determine the presence and levels of drug metabolites. When this occurs the specimen (urine or saliva) is securely packaged and sent to our NATA-accredited laboratory for GCMS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) confirmation.

GCMS testing is conducted per drug class. If multiple drug classes return non-negative results, multiple confirmations may be necessary.

Additional charges apply for GCMS confirmation tests—these should be factored into workplace drug testing programs.

It is important to note that not all non-negative results indicate illicit drug use. Prescription or over-the-counter medications can sometimes trigger a non-negative test result. Laboratory confirmation testing will distinguish between illicit substance use and legitimate therapeutic medication use.
